30-day returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.
